View the second postcard The postcard gives the impression that I was not in Annapolis when these issues were debated and voted. The truth is, I was there and I did vote on the bills.
I was not however present during the "Special Session". That is because the special session was called after I left the country as a chaperone for me 16 year old daughters class trip. This was not a family vacation.
